DIAGNOSTICS /TUNING

  • Oversized Tire Calibration: Allows use of Distronic Adapative Cruise Control/Active Brake Assist/Active Collision Assist features without errors, typically caused by oversized tires sized 285 and larger. For use with 2015-2022 Sprinter vans, 2023 and newer AWD vans do not require oversized tire calibration.
  • Full-time Rear or 360 Camera: Allows Sprinter owners to engage the rear or 360 degree camera (as equipped) when driving at speeds above 10mph. Factory Mercedes programming requires that the camera shut itself off above 10mph, we allow the camera to remain on above that speed and be switchable on/off for use as a rear-view mirror. For 360 camera-equipped vans, the side view cameras double as a spotter when driving around obstacles! ***REQUIRES PARKTRONIC PARKING SENSOR SYSTEM – NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ALL 2023+ VANS, REQUIRES 6900 SERIES PARKTRONIC VARIANT***
  • Folding Mirrors with Key Fob: Most Mercedes models have power folding mirrors and your 2500 Sprinter probably does too. Did you know that your power folding mirrors have to be manually switched each and every time you want them to go in and out? Other Mercedes models fold their mirrors in when when the “lock” button on the key fob is pressed, and out when the “unlock” button on the key fob is pressed; now your Sprinter will too. This is great for the busy, tight parking spaces of Southern California, and also great when you can’t remember if your van is locked or not. Mirrors in? Van is locked! Mirrors out? Van is unlocked!
  • AMG Performance Dash: This feature is a direct copy of the readout you’ll find on a factory Mercedes AMG performance car’s dash. Color-coded displays of horsepower and torque, numerical readouts of engine oil and transmission oil temperature rather than an unintelligible bar graph, and your familiar voltage meter. New to the AMG Performance fash are features like g-force fore and aft, yaw and pitch angle, off-road score to improve driving style, and more. Ideal for off-road drivers and those who tow for up-to-the-minute information.
  • Lane Assist/Attention Assist/Crosswind Assist Delete: We’ve all had that harrowing moment where the lane-keep assist intervenes and steers the van independent of your inputs. We can’t always trust that the van knows better than we do, and turning the system off every single time you start the van gets old. Unfortunately, the Crosswind Assist system is undefeatable no matter what combination of buttons you press. Even with our industry-leading suspension stabilizing the van, in extreme side/crosswind situations this intrusive system will intervene and attempt to course-correct, unsettling the van and driver alike.
  • Parktronic Re-Work: This allows an override of the parking sensors without completely eliminating it. On vans that have storage boxes, tire carriers, or bike racks mounted in the way of the parking sensors the van will hesitate to back out of a parking space, can engage the brakes, and can even put the transmission in park. The van doesn’t realize that these objects are a part of the van, and believes that it is preventing an accident. We reduce the system’s function to operating as a proximity sensor only, and it can no longer engage the brakes or change gears in the transmission. Kiss those pesky beeps and warnings goodbye!
  • Manual DPF Regen: With this programming (available as a factory option in the European market) you can manually command a DPF regeneration through the Mercedes dash menu on your 2019+ Sprinter. The timing of an automatic regen commanded by the engine’s onboard computer is not always desirable, and the last thing you want to do is interrupt the regeneration process. By having this programming, you can decide when and where your regeneration happens when the particulate filter is above 70%.
  • J51 Fuel Gauge Correction: Mercedes Sprinter gauges are notoriously unreliable, displaying erratic readings that may not be accurate for what you actually have in your tank. The reason for this is that the fuel gauge reading is approximated off of numerous data points besides the fuel float inside the tank. While all Sprinters have a float in the tank, this is often only one of the inputs the factory gauge will use to display fuel level. By applying the J51 factory option, either with Agile Offroad or when configuring your van during the order process, your van will prioritize the float’s level over all other data when displaying your fuel level. Send us your VIN to find out if your van came with J51 from the factory. ***DOES NOT CORRECT FOR DISTANCE-TO-EMPTY/MILES-TO-ZERO ON OVERSIZED FUEL TANKS**
  • Gear Ratio Recalibration: For use with gear ratio changes when installing an Agile Offroad ARB Locking differential. The transmission control unit (TCU) cannot tell that the rear gear ratio has been changed without being taught the new ratio internally to correct the shift points. Applying the correct gear ratio programming allows you to regear your rear axle without issue.
  • Governor Delete: Depending on year, your Sprinter may have a speed limiter that engages as low as 84mph (906 Sprinters), and may be as high as 92mph (some 907 Sprinters). By re-coding your software, we are able to remove the factory Mercedes speed limiter and let you get down the road at your own pace. ***NOT APPLICABLE TO AFTERMARKET SPEED LIMITERS COMMONLY FOUND ON RETIRED FLEET VANS (AMAZON, FEDEX, ETC)***
  • Agile Offroad MTZ (Miles-to-Zero) Module: This modified Mercedes fuel pump module replaces your original fuel pump module with one that has been calibrated for your oversized tank’s new capacity. This module, in conjunction with an extended length float arm, allows for an incredibly accurate distance-to-empty feature on your 907 Sprinter display, eliminating range anxiety and giving you the peace of mind to plan your next stop. This module includes Mercedes J51 programming, so if your van did not have it as a factory option there is a significant cost overlap in doing them at the same time. Currently available for S&B 40 and 47 gallon fuel tanks (907 only) and ACGB fuel tanks (907 only).
