Adrenaline HQ hereby disclaims any and all liability for warranty claims denied by any original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or auto manufacturer due to the installation of aftermarket parts or modifications made to a vehicle. By purchasing, installing, or using any product sold by Adrenaline HQ, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:  

1. **Warranty Coverage:** Auto manufacturers reserve the right to deny warranty claims if they determine that the installation of aftermarket parts or vehicle modifications have contributed to the reported issue. Adrenaline HQ does not guarantee or imply that the use of our products will not affect or void any manufacturer's warranty.  

2. **Responsibility for Modifications:** The decision to install aftermarket parts or modify your vehicle is solely at your discretion and risk. Adrenaline HQ does not assume any responsibility for damages, repairs, or other costs that may arise as a result of warranty denial or the use of aftermarket products.  

3. **Customer Obligation:** It is the customer’s responsibility to review and understand the terms and conditions of their vehicle’s manufacturer warranty and to consult with the OEM or an authorized dealer regarding potential warranty implications before installing any aftermarket parts or making any modifications.  

By purchasing and/or installing any product from Adrenaline HQ, you acknowledge that Adrenaline HQ is not liable for any warranty claims, denied coverage, or associated costs related to the use of aftermarket parts or vehicle modifications. Use all products at your own risk.  

This disclaimer shall remain in effect regardless of any other representations or statements made by Adrenaline HQ or its representatives.

Adrenaline HQ Workmanship Warranty Policy

Workmanship Warranty

Adrenaline HQ provides a 90-day warranty on the workmanship of parts installed on customer vehicles. This warranty covers any defects or issues arising directly from the installation process. If any problems related to the installation occur within 90 days of the service date, we will inspect and address the issue at no additional cost to the customer.

Product Warranty

The warranty for the parts or products installed will be governed by the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Adrenaline HQ does not assume responsibility for the manufacturer’s warranty coverage or terms. Customers are encouraged to review the specific warranty details provided by the part or product manufacturer.

Warranty Limitations

This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, modifications, or improper maintenance of the vehicle.

The 90-day workmanship warranty is void if the part is tampered with or altered by a third party after installation.

Adrenaline HQ is not liable for consequential or incidental damages resulting from part failure or vehicle malfunction.

Claims Process

To make a warranty claim:

Contact Adrenaline HQ within the warranty period and provide proof of the original service or installation date.

Bring the vehicle to our location for inspection and assessment of the issue.

If the issue is deemed to fall under our workmanship warranty, we will make the necessary repairs or adjustments at no additional cost.
